- Purpose of the processing.
We will process your data in order to manage staff recruitment processes at FAYMASA and at the companies in MECAMEPAL Group, which FAYMASA is part of, all of them dedicated to the iron and steel sector and to the provision of training and administration services, whose names and addresses appear in the URLs www.faymasa.com/conocenos and www.faymasa.com/enlaces, depending on the preferences you have indicated or the job offers that suit your profile.
To this end, we may process health data such as degrees of disability in order to ensure you are offered suitable positions.

Your consent when sending us your curriculum vitae provides the legal basis to process your data.
- Retention period
The data will be retained for a period of one year (1 year) after you have sent us your curriculum vitae.
- Recipients.
The data may be communicated to other companies in MECAMEPAL Group that have vacancies that fit your profile and the preferences you have indicated. Your consent when sending us your curriculum vitae provides the legal basis for transfer. Companies in MECAMEPAL GROUP will use your data for the purposes indicated above, recognising your option to exercise the rights contained in section (6), in the terms described therein.
You are also informed that third-party companies hired to maintain the hardware or software used to store your data may also have access to them. - Rights.
You are entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether FAYMASA is processing your personal data or not.
You are also entitled to access your personal data and to request the rectification of any inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to ask for them to be deleted whenever, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes they were originally collected for. You will also be entitled, where appropriate and under certain circumstances, to oppose processing or to request its limitation, as well as the right to portability. These rights can only be exercised by sending a written communication to the postal or e-mail address of the Data Protection Delegate indicated in section 1.
In any case, you are entitled to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
